ABOUT US

Astley Bridge Cricket Club is a not for profit community-based cricket club in the heart of Astley Bridge. We will soon be celebrating our centenary and our values of supporting those within the community are more important than ever.

We field 6 Junior teams and 3 Senior teams and support people within the community throughout the year with our various programmes.

Our location means that our surrounding catchment area is one of deprivation within young children, often providing the only opportunity to play the sport they love in a safe environment with a community that can help them thrive instead of merely surviving.

We also support community groups such as: a runners club, anglers club, Slimming World, bikers club, rotary club, choir,hockey club, church community and even have an event room for celebratory occasions.

Over the years sponsorship has been key to our growth and our sponsors have also grown with the exposure that we provide.
