Our room has 75 chairs and 20 tables which can all be moved around to accommodate round table tops, giving you an intimate approach for your nearest and dearest on your special day.
What a perfect way to celebrate one of the most exciting times in your life and allow us to help you make it an event to remember!
A spacious room that will allow children to let loose and enjoy themselves for a few hours. Our room allows for everything from Soft Play to Laser Shows, giving your children a party they will never forget!
We pride ourselves on being able to make your day a little easier. We would like to let you know that booking with us means leaving us with all the details, while you focus on the day's importance. Working with our event manager ensures that all the details are attended to.
If you need a room that allows you your privacy for important meetings or training days, we can accommodate you! Extra details such as projectors and screens are available within our bespoke packages.

Do you have a Bar?
Yes, we do! Our fully stocked bar offers a variety of drinks for all ages. The room can be booked with or without bar service, depending on your preference. However, if you book the room with the bar, we kindly ask that you do not bring your own drinks. Any outside drinks, including those for children, may be subject to a corkage fee at the club’s discretion.
How many people does your Function Room hold?
We have 75 chairs and 20 square tables available in our function room, which can comfortably accommodate up to 90 guests. If you require additional space for your event, our event manager may be able to arrange access to our Private Members Lounge, located adjacent to the Function Room, for an additional cost. And no need to worry—the bar runs through both rooms!
What are your toilet facilities?
Our toilets are conveniently located on the main floor, near the entrance and function room. The Ladies' toilets include baby-changing facilities, while the Men's toilets feature two private cubicles.
Do you allow 18th Birthday Parties?
Yes, we do! There are a few additional conditions to ensure the event runs smoothly, and our event manager will work with you to make their big day extra special!
Do you accommodate Charity Events?
Most definitely! As a club, we are proud supporters of Bolton Hospice, Alzheimer's charities, and several other local causes. We allocate several dates throughout the year for charity events, and if availability allows, our event manager will work with you to help raise funds while ensuring everyone has a fantastic time!
Can we use your kitchen?
Our kitchen may be available for use; however, during the Cricket Season, availability is limited. If you require kitchen access for your event, our event manager can discuss the available options and pricing at the time of your booking.
What are your set-up and close-down requirements?
We kindly ask that you return the room as close to its original condition as possible. If you wish to decorate, only Blu Tack is permitted, as other adhesives may damage our paintwork. We also reserve the right to prohibit decorations that could cause damage to our premises. Before leaving, please ensure all tables and floors are free of rubbish and work with our team to keep the room clean. If needed, our event manager can discuss a bespoke package with you at the time of your booking.
Can we use the outside grounds for our event?
Access to the outside grounds can be quite limited. As a fully operational and professional Cricket Club, our players and members actively use the grounds throughout the Summer Cricket Season, while Horwich Hockey Club utilises them during the Winter Season. Due to this, outdoor space is rarely available for private events. Patio access may be granted at the discretion of our event manager, and we will confirm this at the time of booking. The field may also be available in limited circumstances at the discretion of our groundsman. We kindly ask that you respect our grounds and work closely with our team to ensure all guidelines are followed on the day of your event.
